\nNo. Every design is our own generic jersey with made-up pet slogans, stripes and numbers, such as GOOD BOY 01 or NAP CHAMP 09. We do not sell licensed sports merchandise and we do not print real team, league, club, college or player names or logos. More on our Intellectual Property Policy.
\nMesh is an open, breathable athletic fabric for warm days. Tee-cut is a smooth, soft knit that feels like a t-shirt and is a little warmer. Raglan sleeves run in one piece to the collar, which gives broad-shouldered, active dogs more movement. A ringer has contrast rib bands at the neck and arm openings for a retro look. A tank has no sleeves at all and wide armholes, which is the easiest style for pets who dislike clothing.
\nStart with the Laser Chaser sleeveless vest: no sleeves, soft arm openings and a stretch neck. The Nap Champ mesh is the lightest cat jersey we make. Cats who feel the cold, such as hairless or very short-haired cats, may prefer the Sunbeam Squad long-sleeve. Short, supervised sessions work best.
\nYes. All dog jerseys go up to 2XL, and the Leash Legend 12 jersey is made only in L, XL and 2XL, cut wider through the chest with a reinforced slot for a back-clip harness.
\nYes. Each owner design is lettered to pair with a pet design and uses the same colourway names, for example the Good Boy 01 dog jersey and the Good Boy’s Human 01 owner jersey, both in Den Brown & Ball Yellow. The pairings are listed on our About page, and three of them are sold together as Pet & Owner Sets.
\nThe first colour is the body of the jersey, the second is the trim and lettering. Den Brown & Ball Yellow is a brown jersey with yellow stripes and numbers; Navy & White is navy with white. Choose a colourway that contrasts with your pet’s coat so the jersey and lettering stand out in photos.
\nPet jerseys keep the front plain, so nothing rubs under the chin, and carry the design on the back where it can be seen. Owner jerseys are also printed on the back; the custom owner jersey can add a short sleeve text. The cap has a small patch on the front, and bandanas are printed on the visible triangle.
\nChoose a product from Custom Name & Number, pick the size and colourway, then type the name (up to 12 letters) and a number from 0 to 99 in the boxes above the Add to cart button. The preview on the product photo updates as you type. The personalisation is included in the price.
\nNo. There is no proof or mockup step. The live preview on the product page shows how the text sits, and your order confirmation email lists the text exactly as it will be printed. Please check the spelling: we print exactly what you type, in capital letters.
\nEmail us the correct spelling within 24 hours of ordering and we will change it free of charge. After that, the jersey may already be printed; you can return it within 60 days of delivery with the free label and re-order. See Cancel or Change an Order.
\nNo. We do not print the names of real teams, leagues, clubs, colleges, athletes or brands. Your pet’s name, a nickname, a family word or your own name are all fine, and any number from 0 to 99 is fine on its own. If an order contains a protected name, we email you to choose different text.
\nYes. Each custom item has its own fields. A popular combination is the pet’s name on the dog jersey and “BISCUIT’S MOM” or “BISCUIT’S DAD” with the same number on the owner jersey. The Custom Pet & Owner Name Jersey Set has separate fields for both pieces.
\nThe optional sleeve text on the Custom Owner Jersey costs $5 and is charged only if you fill it in. Up to 10 letters.
\nMeasure back length (base of the neck to the base of the tail) and chest girth (around the widest part of the ribcage), then follow the steps on our Size Guide, or email us the numbers and we will recommend a size. Size by measurement, not breed. If your dog is between two sizes, or has a deep chest, choose the larger size.
\nIf the jersey goes over the harness, measure the chest over the harness. If the harness goes over the jersey, measure without it. For back-clip harnesses, the Leash Legend 12 jersey has a slot for the D-ring.
\nOwner jerseys and hoodies are unisex with a relaxed fit, sizes S to 3XL. Your usual t-shirt size is the right starting point; for an oversized look, go one size up. Hoodies leave room for a layer underneath.
\nA little: pet 2XL is $3 more, owner 2XL $2 more and owner 3XL $4 more, because they use more fabric. The price updates when you choose the size.
\nExchange it within 60 days of delivery. We send a free return label and ship the new size free. See our Returns & Exchanges Policy.

\nNo. You can check out as a guest. An account simply lets you see past orders and save addresses.
\nYes. Enter the recipient’s address as the shipping address at checkout; it can be in any of our four countries. Prices are not included in the parcel.
\nWe ship from the USA to the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. Shipping is free to all four countries with no minimum order. We do not ship to other countries yet.
\nProcessing takes 1-3 business days, and transit takes 7-14 business days to the US, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. Most orders arrive 8 to 17 business days after they are placed. Read Shipping & Delivery for planning tips.
\nUse the Order Tracking page with your order number and email address. When tracking details are available for your parcel, they are included in your shipping email.
\nYes, if there is enough time. Count up to 3 business days of processing plus up to 14 business days of transit, so about three and a half weeks in the worst case. If your date is closer than that, email us before ordering and we will tell you honestly whether it is realistic.
\nOrders to Canada, Australia and New Zealand cross a border; whether any duties or taxes apply depends on the destination country and the order. Such charges are set by that country and are not part of our checkout total.
\nIf it has not arrived after the end of the estimated window, email us with your order number. We will look into it and, if the parcel is lost, arrange a replacement or refund with you.
\nYes. Every product, including jerseys with a name and number, can be returned within 60 days of delivery with a free return label.
\nWe do, for every return within 60 days, including change-of-mind returns and size exchanges. There is no restocking fee.

\nYou can exchange just one piece, for example a different pet size. To return the whole set, send both pieces back.
\nTurn it inside out, wash cold, and lay flat to dry. Do not iron over the print. Fleece throws can be tumble dried low; caps should be spot cleaned.
\nWe recommend supervised, short wear: photos, walks, parties and couch time. Never leave a pet alone in clothing, take the jersey off if your pet seems stressed or warm, and remember a jersey does not cool a pet in hot weather.
\nYes, a jersey sits under or around a flat collar. Check that the collar and ID tag are still easy to reach and that the jersey does not pull the collar tight. Bandanas can slide over a flat collar instead of being tied.
\nWe would not recommend it. Unfamiliar places are stressful enough for most cats; keep the jersey for calm moments at home and photos.
