\nJersey Den sells sports-style jerseys for dogs (sizes XS to 2XL), cats (XS to L) and owners (S to 3XL), plus pet and owner sets and game-day extras. Not sure where to start? Think about your pet first. Active dogs with broad shoulders do well in the Zoomies Club raglan. Dogs who dislike sleeves, and most cats, are happiest in a tank, a vest or a bandana. Short-coated dogs and cats who feel the cold suit the long-sleeve styles. Big dogs that walk in a back-clip harness have their own Leash Legend jersey with a harness slot.
\nThen decide whether you want a finished design (a fixed slogan and number, like COUCH MVP 00) or a custom jersey with your pet’s own name and number. \nEvery size is based on measurements, not breed: back length from the base of the neck to the base of the tail, chest girth around the widest part of the ribcage, and neck girth for bandanas. A soft tape measure and two minutes are all you need. Between two sizes, or a deep chest, means the larger size. Over a harness, measure over the harness. Owner jerseys are unisex and relaxed; your usual t-shirt size is a good start.

\nOn custom products, type a name (up to 12 letters) and a number (0 to 99) in the fields above Add to cart. The product photo shows a live preview. We print in capitals, exactly as typed, and there is no proof step, so read it twice. The custom owner jersey also has an optional sleeve text (up to 10 letters, $5 when used). Real team, league, club, college, athlete and brand names are not accepted; the reasons and examples are on our Intellectual Property Policy.
\nAdd products to your cart, check out as a guest or with an account, and pay with one of the options shown at checkout. Prices are in US dollars, shipping is free to the US, Canada, Australia and New Zealand, and Jersey Den does not collect sales tax at checkout. \nYou have 24 hours after ordering to change anything or cancel the whole order for free. Email us with “Change” or “Cancel” and your order number in the subject. After 24 hours the jersey is usually being printed, and the return and exchange rules apply once it arrives. Full rules: Cancel or Change an Order.
\nWe ship from the USA to four countries only: the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand, always free, with no minimum. Processing takes 1-3 business days; transit takes 7-14 business days. Orders to Canada, Australia and New Zealand cross a border, and whether import charges apply depends on the destination country. \nUse Order Tracking with your order number and checkout email to see the status. When tracking details are available for your parcel, we include them in the shipping email. If the parcel is late beyond the estimated window, email us and we will look into it with you.
\nEvery product can be returned within 60 days of delivery, for any reason, including jerseys personalised with a name and number. We send a free return label for every return, even a change of mind, and exchanges for a different size or colourway ship free. Start by emailing your order number and what you want to return. \nRefunds are sent within 7 days of receiving your return (or of approving a cancellation or a claim), to your original payment method or as store credit that never expires. No restocking fee, no label cost. A typo you typed counts as a change-of-mind return; a printing mistake on our side is replaced or refunded at no cost. All details: Refund Policy.
\nTake photos of the problem, the packaging and the label and email them with your order number. We replace or refund, usually without asking for the item back. Photos sent to us for a claim are deleted 30 days after delivery of the order once the claim is closed.
\nAn account is optional and lets you see past orders and save addresses. We collect only what we need to make, ship and support your order, do not sell personal information, and never ask for pet photos. You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time. \nWash jerseys inside out on cold and dry them flat; do not iron over the print. Fleece can be tumble dried low; caps are spot clean only; ceramic bowls keep their print longest when hand washed. Pet clothing is for supervised wear: take it off if your pet is stressed, warm or chewing, and never leave a pet alone in a jersey or bandana. A jersey never cools a pet in hot weather.
\nIt happens. Email us within 60 days of delivery and exchange it for the sleeveless vest or a bandana in the same colourway, or return it for a refund. The return label is free either way.
\nCheck around the door, with neighbours, reception or the mail room, and with your local post office. If it still has not turned up, email us with your order number and we will help you take it from there.
\nWithin 24 hours of ordering: email us and we change it. After that: when the jersey arrives, your sister (or you) emails us for a free exchange within 60 days of delivery. If she is the recipient of a gift, we can arrange the exchange with her directly.
\nEmail us the exact text before ordering. Pet names, nicknames, family words and your own name are fine; real team, league, club, college, athlete and brand names are not. We will give you a straight answer within 24 hours on business days.
\nEmail the correct number within 24 hours of ordering and we change it for free. Our order confirmation email shows the number exactly as it will be printed, so it is worth a quick look the moment the email arrives; 07 and 70 are easy to swap on a phone keyboard.
\nA few habits keep jerseys looking good for many game days. Wash after a muddy walk rather than letting dirt set in, always inside out and cold. Lay flat to dry instead of hanging a wet mesh jersey by the shoulders, which can stretch the neck. Keep the iron away from numbers and lettering. Brush or lint-roll pet hair off before washing. Store jerseys folded, not on hangers, so the shoulders keep their shape. And take a photo the first time your pet wears it: those first-game pictures, slightly blurry and full of wagging, are the reason the den exists.
