\nThese Terms of Service are the rules for using jerseyden.shop and buying from Jersey Den. They are written to be read, not just agreed to: plain sentences, real numbers, and links to the pages that explain each topic in detail. By placing an order or using the site you accept these terms. If something is unclear, email support@jerseyden.shop before you order; we reply within 24 hours on business days.
\n“Jersey Den”, “we” and “us” mean the business at 1305 Wall St, South Bend, IN 46615, US, which runs jerseyden.shop. “You” means anyone who visits the site or places an order. To buy from us you must be an adult able to enter a binding contract where you live, and you must give us accurate order, contact and delivery information.
\nJersey Den sells sports-style jerseys for dogs and cats, matching owner jerseys and hoodies, pet and owner sets, and accessories such as bandanas, a cap, a tote, a fleece throw and a ceramic bowl. All designs are our own: the slogans (“GOOD BOY 01”, “NAP CHAMP 09”), stripes, colourways and numbers are generic. None of our products is official, licensed or endorsed merchandise of any sports team, league, club, college or athlete, and nothing on the site should be read that way.
\nProducts are printed after you order. Product photos and descriptions show the design, cut and colourway as accurately as we can, but screens display colours differently, and printed garments can vary slightly from one to the next. Sizes are explained on our Size Guide; please measure before ordering.
\nWhen you place an order, you make an offer to buy the products in your cart at the price shown. We accept the offer when we send the order confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order before it ships if a product cannot be made, a price was clearly wrong because of a technical error, the personalisation breaks section 5, the delivery address is outside our shipping countries or incomplete, or we have reason to suspect fraud. If that happens we email you, and any payment taken is refunded in full within 7 days.
\nCustom products have fields on the product page, such as a Name (up to 12 characters), a Number (0 to 99) and, on the custom owner jersey, optional sleeve text (up to 10 characters). The live preview on the product photo shows roughly how the text sits; it is not a proof. We print what you type, in capital letters, and no proof or mockup is sent before production.
\nBy submitting personalisation you confirm that you have the right to use that text and that it does not:
\nWe may refuse to print text that breaks these rules. In that case we email you to choose different text or cancel the order with a full refund. More detail is on our Intellectual Property Policy.
\nYou can cancel or change an order within 24 hours of placing it; see Cancel or Change an Order. Every product, including personalised products, can be returned within 60 days of delivery with a free return label; see our Returns & Exchanges Policy. Refunds are sent within 7 days of receiving your return, to your original payment method or as store credit that never expires; see our Refund Policy. These policies are part of these terms. Nothing in them limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that apply to you.
\nWe ship from the USA to the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. Orders are processed in 1-3 business days and transit takes 7-14 business days; these are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Our Shipping & Delivery page explains what happens if a parcel is late, lost or damaged. Ownership of the products passes to you on delivery.
\nOur pet jerseys, hoodies and bandanas are clothing for short, supervised wear: photos, walks, events and time at home with you. Please never leave a pet unattended in clothing or a bandana, never use a jersey or bandana as a restraint, remove it if your pet shows stress, overheats, chews it or gets tangled, and check the fit regularly. A jersey does not keep a pet cool in hot weather. Ceramic bowls should be checked for chips and cracks and replaced if damaged. Follow the care notes on each product page.
\nAn account is optional. If you create one, keep your password private and tell us if you think someone else has used it. You are responsible for orders placed through your account. You can ask us to close your account at any time.
\nYou may use jerseyden.shop to browse and buy for personal use. You may not copy the site’s content, designs or images for commercial use, scrape it with automated tools in a way that harms the site, try to break its security, interfere with other customers, or use it for anything unlawful. The text, product designs, logo and images on the site belong to Jersey Den or are used with permission.
\nWe make your products with reasonable care and as described. If something goes wrong with an order, the remedies are a replacement, an exchange or a refund as set out in our policies. To the extent the law allows, Jersey Den is not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable losses, such as a missed event because of a carrier delay, and our total responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer in your country.
\nThese terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer living in Canada, Australia or New Zealand, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country. Before starting any formal dispute, please email us: most problems with an order are solved within a few emails, and we will always try that first.
\nWhen a refund is issued as store credit at your request, the credit is recorded in US dollars against your email address. It never expires, can be used on any product, cannot be exchanged for cash except where the law requires, and cannot be transferred to another person without telling us. If an order paid partly with store credit is refunded, the store-credit part goes back to your credit balance.
\nIf you send us feedback, ideas or photos, you confirm you have the right to share them. We use them to answer your request and improve the store. We do not publish your messages or photos, and we do not create or show reviews that customers did not write. If we ever add customer reviews to the store, only real buyers will be able to leave them, and the rules will be explained on this page first.
\nWe are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events we cannot reasonably control, such as severe weather, natural disasters, strikes, postal disruptions, customs holds, internet or power outages, or actions by authorities. If such an event affects your order, we will tell you, keep you updated and, if the order cannot be completed within a reasonable time, offer you a full refund.
\nIf a court decides that any part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest of the terms still apply. Our failure to enforce a term on one occasion does not mean we give up the right to enforce it later. These terms, together with the policies linked from them, are the whole agreement between you and Jersey Den about your use of the site and your orders.

\nWe may update these terms from time to time; the “Last updated” date shows the current version. The version that applies to your order is the one on the site when you placed it.
