Jersey Den makes sports-style jerseys for dogs and cats, with their name across the shoulders and a number on the back, and matching jerseys for the people they live with. The idea is simple: in a lot of homes the pet is the most enthusiastic member of the team, so the pet should have a jersey too. And if the dog is wearing one, the humans may as well match.

Why jerseys, and why for pets
A jersey is the most recognisable piece of clothing there is. A name bar across the shoulders and a big number on the back say “this one is on the team” from across a park. Put that on a corgi and something funny and lovely happens: strangers smile, kids point, and the corgi walks a little taller. That reaction is what Jersey Den is built around.
We are not a sports merchandise shop. You will not find team crests or league logos here, and you will not find jerseys “inspired by” a famous club. Every design is our own: slogans written about pets (GOOD BOY 01, COUCH MVP 00, ZOOMIES CLUB 99, NAP CHAMP 09, BOX SEAT 04, LASER CHASER 88), our own stripes and colourways, and blank backs waiting for your pet’s name. What is in the den
Dog jerseys
Seven cuts for different dogs and different weather: a striped-sleeve mesh jersey, a soft tee-cut, a raglan for broad-shouldered runners, a retro ringer, a sleeveless mesh tank for warm days, a long-sleeve for short coats in winter and a harness-ready jersey for big dogs, with a reinforced slot for a back-clip harness. Cat jerseys
Cats are not small dogs, so their jerseys are lighter, with stretchier necks that stay away from the whiskers and shorter backs that stay away from the tail. There is a feather-light mesh jersey, a stretch-neck tee, a ringer, a sleeveless vest (the easiest first jersey for a cat) and a long-sleeve for hairless and short-haired cats. Sizes XS to L. Our colourways
Every colourway has a plain name that tells you what you will get: the body colour first, the trim and lettering colour second. Den Brown & Ball Yellow is our signature, the colours of a well-loved leather sofa and a brand-new tennis ball. Navy & White and Red & White are the classics that suit almost every coat. Forest & Cream is the soft, outdoorsy option; Sky & Navy and Royal & White are bright and sporty; Grey & Orange is easy-going; Pink & White is light and cheerful; Black & Lime is the loud one. A practical tip: pick a colourway that contrasts with your pet’s coat, so the jersey and the lettering stand out in photos. Who shops at the den

How we think about fit
The most common problem with pet clothing is fit, and the most common cause is sizing by breed. Two Labradors can be a full size apart. So every Jersey Den size is defined by measurements you can take at home in two minutes with a soft tape: back length (base of the neck to the base of the tail), chest girth (around the widest part of the ribcage) and, for bandanas, neck girth. And if a size is still wrong, it costs you nothing to fix: you have 60 days to exchange it with a free return label.
How your jersey is made
Every jersey is printed for your order after you place it. That means we do not hold piles of stock in sizes nobody needs, and it means custom names and numbers are printed exactly as typed. Orders are processed in 1-3 business days and ship from the USA; transit takes 7-14 business days to the US, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. Before a custom order is printed, its personalisation text is read to catch obvious accidents and any real team or player names, which we do not print.
There is no proof or mockup step. The preview on the product page shows roughly how your text will look, and your order confirmation email shows the text exactly as it will be printed. Please check it: if something is wrong, you have 24 hours to change it.

Gifts from the den
Jerseys are a favourite gift for pet people, and the hardest part is usually the size. A few easy routes: a reversible bandana or a custom name bandana fits most pets by neck size and starts at $16.99; the dad cap is one adjustable size; an owner jersey only needs the recipient’s usual t-shirt size; and a pet and owner set lets you choose both sizes and exchange either piece within 60 days if one is off. Gifts can ship to any address in the United States, Canada, Australia or New Zealand, free, with no prices in the parcel.
What we will never do
- Print real team, league, club, college or athlete names or logos.
- Show fake reviews, made-up sales counters or “only 2 left” warnings. If you see a number on this site, it is a real policy number.
- Promise delivery dates the postal network cannot keep.
- Charge a restocking fee or make you pay to return something.
- Ask for your card details by email.
Where the name comes from
A den is where a dog curls up at the end of the day, and it is also the room where a family gathers to watch the game. Jersey Den is both: a cosy place for pets and the people who cheer next to them. The logo says the same thing in one picture, a floppy-eared dog sitting in the collar of a yellow jersey with a big number 1 on the front.
A few words on pet safety
We love a dressed-up pet, but the pet comes first. Jerseys and bandanas are for supervised wear: photos, walks, parties and couch time with you. Take them off if your pet seems stressed, gets too warm or starts chewing, and never leave a pet alone in clothing. Cats in particular often prefer short sessions; the vest and the bandana are the gentlest place to start.
