The human version of our custom jersey. Put your own name on the back, or go all in and wear your pet’s: plenty of owners order “BISCUIT’S MOM” or simply their dog’s name and number so they match the pet jersey. Fill in the Name (up to 12 characters) and Number (0–99) fields; both are included in the price.

Optional extra: the Sleeve text field adds a short line (up to 10 letters) down the left sleeve, for example the pet’s name when the back carries yours. It costs $5 and is only charged if you fill it in.
